Dynamic FS Completes Fire Alarm Installation at Barrow Hedges Primary School — With a Day to Spare
Dynamic FS has successfully delivered a new category L1 fire alarm system at Barrow Hedges Primary School in London — completing the £125,000 project within a six-week summer holiday window and meeting the hard deadline of 1st September 2025, ensuring pupils and staff could return to a fully compliant, protected school environment.
A Tight Programme, Delivered
With only the July and August summer holidays available for the works, the programme left no margin for delay. This was further complicated by the school’s location — outside our usual North West operating area — which demanded a structured approach to site management, with a minimum of one dedicated site visit per week to maintain programme oversight and keep works on track.
To meet the deadline, our engineering teams worked split shifts across days and nights, sequentially, in the final stages of the project. It was a significant logistical effort — and one that our team delivered with professionalism and determination. The installation was completed with one day to spare.
