Seashell Trust, Cheadle

Dynamic FS delivered a £265,000 multi-disciplined fire and security installation at Seashell Trust’s Cheadle site — a specialist environment supporting people with complex disabilities. The scope included a category L1 fire alarm system to BS 5839-1:2025, access control across 78 doors, CCTV, intruder alarm, and a disabled refuge and nurse call WC alarm system covering 39 toilets. All systems were fully integrated and commissioned, with an intensive Building Control handover and multiple site training sessions. The project demanded careful coordination and sensitivity to minimise disruption throughout, and was delivered successfully within programme — providing Seashell Trust with a modern, fully integrated life safety and security solution across the entire site.
