Wigan & Leigh College

Awarded in December 2025 and valued at £412,000, the Wigan & Leigh College project represents one of Dynamic FS’s largest current fire and security installations. The scope covers full design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a category L2 fire alarm system to BS 5839-1:2025, alongside CCTV, access control across 145 doors, a disabled refuge system, and intruder alarms — all within a live college environment. Now progressing ahead of schedule, the project reflects Dynamic FS’s ability to deliver large-scale, multi-disciplined life safety systems with minimal disruption to staff and students, through close client collaboration, rigorous risk assessment, and efficient on-site coordination.
